70% dark chocolate studded with cubes of crystalised ginger. Its a classic combination and not to be missed.


The bar is made with couverture from Columbia. This exceptional chocolate uses sustainable cocoa, ethically produced, supporting local farming communities. 70 % cocoa, dairy free, gluten free. The Cocoa has roasted notes and a fruity sharpness. This beautifully contrasts the sweetness and sharpness of the crystalised ginger. Looks gorgeous too!
