This chocolate bar is made with couverture from Columbia. This exceptional chocolate uses sustainable cocoa, ethically produced, supporting local farming communities.

70 % cocoa, dairy free, gluten free. The Cocoa has roasted notes and a fruity sharpness. This beautifully contrasts the floral sweetness of the crystallised petals. Looks gorgeous too!
